Q1. What is the Pole material and what's the difference ?

In our store , you can select the cleaning pole with carbon composite material or carbon fiber material . Poles which is made of carbon fiber material would be lighter and stiffer than carbon composite materials .

Q2. Do I have any options for the product ?

First to select the desired pole lengths and materials ; Second , we have options for you in each product page : the standard option is only telescopic poles with Euro Tip , you can connect with your other accessories ; the upgraded option is pole with adaptor and brush .

Q3. How to maintain the telescopic cleaning pole ?

Check carefully after use and to confirm there is no dirt or mud on the telescopic pole before you retract it . Do not use oil or lubricants on the pole surface or locking system . If dirts went into pole gaps , just slightly loose the clamps and let the dirts out .

Q4. Are the telescopic cleaning pole safe ?

Yes , the telescopic cleaning pole is safer than climbing ladders. Window cleaners can choose desired length depending on their working height . If the windows less than 30FT , then they can choose a 9m pole and clean it by standing on the ground .

Water fed pole is eco-friendly. It eliminates the need to use detergents and other chemicals to wash the building , it use various natural elements to do the cleaning and these elements can be simply absorbed into the natural environment .
